The pelvic structure

The pelvis and hara (energy zone/field in the abdomen) have a strong interaction. Free pelvic joints (meaning the hip joints, the sacroiliac joints, the facet joints at the transition from the sacrum to the 5th lumbar vertebra and the symphysis) mean more ki movement in the hara.

The joints give us the ability to move, agility and flexibility. The more optimal the joints, the more smoothly life runs.

People with a lack of movement are often very restricted in their joints and often have too little energy to change anything. If stagnant Ki can be released from the joints step by step, it is available for life processes; other causes can be accidents, birth complications, as well as demanding and profound phases of life.

The human spine is unique due to its upright posture. There are a large number of promising techniques for mobilizing the pelvic and vertebral joints.

The neck and throat are an important key point in bodywork - a bottleneck for the meridians and blood vessels. Seat of trust, hearing and communication.
Bridge between head and body, or mind and body.
